Because 95% of our thinking, and our psychology is outside of our conscious awareness, we all have thinking that we can't see or don't know is there.
We call these blindspots, and these blindspots are the reason that we get stuck in life.
With this workshop, we will help you uncover the thinking that's getting in your way and help you see how simple it can be to be happy, and love your life. When you uncover your unconscious thinking, it fades away as quickly as a dream fades when you wake up from it. No tools or techniques required! This approach leaves you feeling calm, present, happy and inspired.

In this group coaching workshop, we'll be going through a few principles that will help you tap into your wellbeing and natural performance.
Part teaching, and part coaching and interaction, you can ask as many or as little questions as you like.
Parts of the workshop will be completely open for you to bring whatever you want to see more clearly or get unstuck with. Nothing will be off the agenda when it comes to your wellbeing and performance in life.

What I got from this course is a wake up call to how the world really works, and how the power we give to our thoughts is limiting us. When we see our thoughts for what they really are, it creates a whole new level of freedom. Everything is ours to create and I'm coming away with a clear vision of what I want to create for myself.
